Appointments

 

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life, including my own. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
 

Cancellation Policy
Please give 24 hours advance notice when canceling an appointment. This will allow me to schedule another client during the open time slot. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice then you will be charged half the price of your scheduled session. This amount must be paid at your next scheduled appointment.

 

If unforeseen circumstances in my life are such that I have to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, then I will work to reschedule your session at the earliest possible time.

No-Show Policy

If you forget, or consciously choose, to forgo an appointment then I will consider you a no-show. Because I will not be able to reschedule another client in that time slot, you will be charged full price for your missed appointment. This amount must be paid at your next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may have to be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full price of the scheduled session. Out of respect and consideration to me and my other clients, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.

 

In order to provide services in the safest manner, I require that everyone wear a mask for the duration of our session. As weather permits, I will keep a window open for ventilation and will continuously run a HEPA filter in the treatment space. Additionally, I leave a one hour break, and disinfect all contact surfaces, between client sessions.
